Description

The monoblock washing, filling and capping machine offer the industry's most proven washer , filler and capper technology in one simple , integrated system . In addition they deliver the high performance today's high speed packaging lines demand.
By precisely matching the pitch between washer, filler and capper, monoblock models enhance the transfer process, reducing atmospheric exposure of filled product, eliminating dead plates, and significantly reducing feed screw spills .

Features

1. Automatic Bottling 3 in 1 Juice Filling Machine adopt Rinsing / Filling / Capping 3-in-1 technology, PLC control, Touch Screen, it is mainly made of SUS304 or SUS316.
2. It can apply to fill hot fruit juice, tea and other beverage into thermal proof PET bottle by changing few parts.
3. Its usual production capacity is in 2,000-20,000bph, 0.2-2.5L PET bottle is available.
4. Pivotal electrical part use Mitsubishi, OMRON, and SIEMENS.
5. Filling accuracy is more or less than 1%.

Every part

This machine integrated three function: 1. Rinse the empty pet bottle, 2. filling the rinsed bottles, 3. capping the filled bottles
Rinser Station:
All 304 stainless steel rinser heads, water spray style inject design, more save water consumption & more clean
304 Stainless steel Gripper with plastic pad, ensure minimal bottle crash during washing
304 stainless steel washing pumps
Filling Station:
The filling station using all metal (not plastic) 304 stainless steel contact parts gives consistent accurate, high precision filling nozzle together with vacuum pump regurgitant system, to ensure the high filling precision, ensure same filling level
Filling temperature is adjustable.
When juice temperature not reach setting parameter, juice will automatic feedback to vacuum pump regurgitant system, then to UHT system to re-sterilizer
Centre 304L stainless steel filling nozzle used which are designed for maximum flow rate and minimum bottle distortion during HOT filling.
All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean
No bottle no filling
Bypass line provided for flushing the product fill tank after completion of CIP, easy clean
